I am the creator and owner of House of Stewart, a small business that specializes in superior tasting, clean, whole food treats.

We have successfully served clients in the hospitality, bridal, floral, business and retail industries for the past 6 years.

Our key services/products include: - Several flavors of real butter shortbread cookies - A variety of smooth Scottish caramels - Unique, melt in the mouth candies called Scottish tablet - All nicely packaged, suitable for grab & go, gifting or table service with drinks.

I first discovered Scottish tablet walking through a farmers’ market at the base of Edinburgh castle. I'd never heard of it and had no clue what to expect, it was sold in plastic zip bags and for me it was love at first bite!
I bought more at the airport before leaving and more with each trip to Scotland.
It was a duty-free shop where I discovered these amazing caramels presented in beautiful tins.
I could never bring enough of these treats home to last any reasonable time, they were very popular – so it was time to learn to make them.

I will spare you the pain, trial, error and waste of the first few years, lets instead focus on the merits of determination and goal setting, lol.
I like ‘real’ food that is free from all the things that detract from good taste and could or do cause harm.
I wanted to offer well-made, well presented nicely flavored treats that put a small smile on people’s face.
