Shipping
Shipping occurs Monday-Thursday. We do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday so that your package is not subject to unregulated temperatures for days and that it arrives in its best condition.
Please keep this in mind when ordering to ensure that the package arrives in the timeframe you require.
House of Stewart is not responsible for errors, misdirected or lost orders, or orders which may be delayed due to the action or inaction of the shipping company.
Any delivery dates we provide you either on the site or in any communications (e-mails, order confirmations, etc.) are estimates only.
Return\Refund
If an item has an unforeseen manufacturing defect we will happily exchange it for another of the same or similar item.
Pranta1 and all subsidiaries are NOT responsible for products or purchases that are lost, misplaced or stolen after purchase.
Issues with product needs to be brought to our attention within 10 days from the day of shipment, 7 days from date of purchase with proof of purchase.
It is the policy of Pranta1 and its subsidiaries that special orders and\or items that are lost or damaged due to customer action or shipping company actions are not refundable or exchangeable by Pranta1, a claim should be filed with the shipping company to recover any loss caused by these actions or lack of action.
For now, orders can be shipped to US addresses only. We cannot ship to APO, FPO or Post Office Box addresses.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not refundable.
